Two Little Monkeys
We tried out a new place today. It was called Monkey Bizness. I always thought my kids were close in age, so is it really possible that this place was too boring for Finn and a little too much for Patrick? Patrick probably could have done everything if he were a few months older. I think next time we'll bring a friend for Finn (probably Molly!) and then I can just worry about chasing Patrick around.

Glo Golf
Finn and Molly got to try out Glo Golf at the mall today with their dads, while Megan and I took the little ones to the play area. As fun as this might sound, I am counting down the days to "park" weather. We are starting to run out of fun (and inexpensive) things to do indoors!

Chuck E Cheese's with the Cousins
Finn, Molly, Patrick and Taylor loved having Chuck E Cheese's all to themselves this morning!!! Yet another perk of my new job :)

Only Child
Patrick is having a taste of what it might be like to be an only child. Finn left this morning for an overnight trip to Mimi and Papa's. Patrick woke up from his nap early, so we decided to have some fun at Monkey Joe's. We were the ONLY ones there for about a half hour and then maybe 4 more kids showed up. Did I mention I LOVE staying home???

Patrick's 1st Haircut
Patrick doesn't have that same hairy Italian gene that Finn has, so today, at 17 months, he finally got a haircut! I had been avoiding the $16 kidsnips haircut for a long time, but I started to get scared that Dan was serious when he told me that he and Patrick were going to play barber shop when I wasn't around!!

The Blizzard
Dan and I went to bed last night with the winds howling and snow blowing everywhere. We weren't quite sure what we'd be waking up to in the morning. We were super excited to see a TON of snow, which meant snow day for Dan!!! The kids and Payton loved playing in the snow in small doses. We had to get some fresh air while we could...now we prepare to spend the next few days indoors as temperatures drop. How much longer until Spring?
