Playdate

This weekend we got together with a few friends from work. Finn had a great time playing with the other kids, Kylee and Mollie. He especially had a great time playing with Kylee's tea set, stroller, and necklaces :)

Musical Chairs

Finn has a new hobby. Rearranging his furniture. He likes to move his chairs around, and then, of course, climb on them!

Cousins

Finn had his cousins Lauren and Alyssa over on Saturday. He had a great time playing with the girls. Can't wait for the next playdate!

Favorite Snack

Finn has a new favorite snack. Raisins. He likes to eat them directly out of box with his dirty little fingers. Good thing no one else eats raisins around here!

Iowa Trip

We took a trip to Iowa on Saturday. Unfortunately little Grady was sick and couldn't make it, but Finn had a great time playing with Hayden and the Hove kids. It's amazing to see how much the little ones have grown. I think this is going to be quite the little group of troublemakers! And then there's Estella Hove. After spending time with her on Saturday, I've decided that I'd really like a 3 year old girl just like her!


P.S. Dan wants to make sure everyone knows he has The Belt.

Airtastic

This afternoon we tried out a new inflatable playground in our neighborhood. Apparently everyone had the same idea as us on this frigid Sunday! Finn and Molly had a great time, and we're all gonna sleep good tonight!

Gymnastics

For the past 11 weeks, Finn has been in a gymnastics class. Dan hestitated letting me sign him up because I think he thought it was too girly or something stupid like that. He quickly changed his tune once he met the instructor. His name is Russ Millard and he is a former Iowa Hawkeye. He played basketball for the Hawks in the late 90's. Dan does the class with Finn every week and he and Mr. Russ talk Hawkeyes for the entire 45 minute class. See...everyone gets something out of gymnastics class!
